- •1.Age group: 18 - 60 years
- •2. Physical status: ASA physical status 1-2
- •3. Undergoing thyroidectomy under GA with tracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •Patients were excluded if
- •1. A history of pre-operative sore throat
- •2. upper respiratory tract infection
- •3. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •4. pregnant females
- •5. Mallampati grade >2
- •6. known allergies to study drug
- •7. those who required more than one attempt at intubation
