Individuals from 18-62 years of age
Individuals having chronic painful heel
Score of <5 on NPRS
Individuals having BMI <25 kg/m2
Individuals having flexible foot deformities (Pes cavus/pes planus)
Individuals having calcaneal spurs, H/O lower limb fractures, C/O arthritis, vascular disease,, undergoing any other physiotherapy treatment, taking corticosteroids
