AGE – 18 To 40, Neck Pain, NDI – More than 15, REEDCO Assessment score- <59%, Chronic trapezius muscle pain (since 3 months), Patient who are willingly sign consent
Exclusion Criteria
PIVD, Cervical rib, Lysthesis, Spondylosis,Nerve Compression
