1.Gestational age between 34 to 42 weeks.
2.Cord length >25cm
Exclusion Criteria
1.Gestational age <34weeks & >42weeks.
2.cord length <25cm.
3.HIV positive mother.
4.Rh negative mother blood group.
5.Hydrops foetalis.
6.Major congenital anomalies.
7.Cord prolapse.
8.Cord anomalies.
9.Babies non vigrous at birth.
10.Babies with severe asphyxia.
11.Babies developing complication after birth.
