This project will evaluate muscle strength and its relationship to everyday function in individuals with Down Syndrome.

- •Down Syndrome
- •Mild or moderate mental retardation
- •Able to tolerate exercise testing
Exclusion Criteria
- •Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease
- •orthopedic limitations to exercise
