1- patients with chronic periapical pathology
2- Aged 18 â?? 40 yrs
3- Mandibular and maxillary anterior teeth
Exclusion Criteria
1-Previous history of periapical surgery
2-Smokers and other abusive habits
3-Systemically compromised patients
4-Patients on statins
5-Patients not willing for treatment
