Female and male participants between 30 and 80 years of age; normal vision (also corrected, e.g. by glasses/contact lenses) according to self-disclosure, signing of consent form; specific for MRI: participation in a detailed explanation of possible contraindications and risks during an MRI examination at 3 Tesla, signing of consent forms, specific for Parkinson's patients: Confirmed diagnosis of an idiopathic Parkinson's syndrome with mild to severe bradykinesis and/or rigor as predominant symptomatology (Hoehn & Yahr 1 - 4)
Non-consent or inability of the subject to consent to participate in the study; Alcohol or drug abuse; Other neurological diseases with the exception of idiopathic Parkinson's syndrome, psychiatric diseases; Complex and extensive medication which, in the opinion of the investigator, influences the performance of the experiments; Claustrophobia; Pregnancy according to self-disclosure; Specific for MRI: Contraindication for MRI examination;
Specific for Parkinson's patients: pronounced rest tremor
