Inclusion Criteria
SUI confirmed by one hour pad test
Age 18 years old and more
not pregnant or postpartum period
Pelvic organ prolapse less than stage II by POP-Q examination
no history of chronic diseases, such as kidney disease or neurological disease
be able to communicate in Thai and use mobile application
Exclusion Criteria
Inability to hold or contract the pelvic floor muscles
The research participant withdrew from the research participation
