Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age \= 65 year
- •\- Living in the study area: 3 northwestern districts of Seoul (Mapo\-gu, Seodaemun\-gu, and Eunpyeong\-gu)
- •\- Ambulatory person who is able to perform mechanography test
- •\- Capable of communication with the research team
- •\- Provided written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •The people who live less 8 month a year or plan to move within 2 years.
