- •1. Patients with CKD stage 3b, 4, and 5 patients defined by KDIGO guidelines attending
- •Nephrology OPD.
- •2. More than 60 years of age.
排除标准
- •1. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
- •2. Patients suffering from terminal non-renal related illness with an expected life
- •expectancy of fewer than 6 months (investigators clinical judgement).
- •3. Renal transplant recipients.
- •4. Patient already receiving maintenance hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
