- •Parturients 18 years and older
- •Elective caeserean section delivery
- •Spinal anaesthesia
- •Able to consent and participate
- •Height 150cm to 170cm
排除标准
- •Weight under 50kg
- •Allergy to paracetamol
- •General anaesthesia
- •Urgent or emergent cases
- •Acute kidney injury or chronic renal insufficiency
- •Contraindication or refusal to spinal anaesthesia
- •Chronic pain
- •Patients with post operative vomiting and paralytic ileus
