Isolated monotraumatic injury of an extremity and no pre-existing conditions
Exclusion Criteria
Indication for requesting a physician response due to a cause other than for intravenous analgesia

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Proportion of cardiopulmonary stable patients (GCS > 13, systolic blood pressure > 99 mmHg, SpO2 > 94%, NACA < 4), for whom apart from analgesia, there are no indications for emergency medical treatment by an emergency medical physician.

Name Time Method Subjective pain intensity assessed using the NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) at the time of arrival at the receiving hospital (T2) compared to the initial assessment before the onset of therapy upon arrival of the first responding healthcare personnel at the scene (T1).<br><br>Change in respiratory rate and heart rate between T1 and T2<br>Administered analgesics
