Inclusion Criteria
a prospective comparative randomized double blind controlled study, this randomized controlled clinical study will be carried out in patients in orthopedic operation theatre of sir T hospital ,government medical college , bhavnagar , Gujarat.
Exclusion Criteria
patient refusal, patients with anomalous spine ,patients with contraindication to spinal anesthesia eg coagulopathy , thrombocytopenia , allergy to local anesthetic and those on steroid or serotonin related medications
