Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients post surgical intervention in the upper abdomen; with Chevron incision as liver transplantation; gatroduodenopancreatectomy and hepatectomies; who will be admitted to the unit still requiring ventilatory support for tracheal orothraqueal tube and mechanical ventilation, both genres and ages between 18 and 70 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged less than 18 years or over 70 years; who die in surgical center; who enter an already extubated in ICU; liver transplant recipients who undergo a new transplant, and those who do not sign the agreement term for some reason
