Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Probands 60 years and older with cognitive impairment are enrolled, if they give informed consent to the usage of Liquor to scientific research. The lumbar punction is planned in the routine diagnostic. Furthermore, the probands give informed consent to perform a neuropsychological diagnostic
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria are a dementia, known psychiatric and neurological diseases, for example vascular, Alzheimer or frontotemporale dementia, epilepsy, schizophrenia
