Patient over 55 years old
History of chronic pain, swelling or reduced range of motion in the knee joint
Clinical and radiological confirmation of the knee (Kolgren-Lawrence grade II-III) by X-ray images in anteroposterior and lateral projections.
Post-traumatic knee osteoarthritis
Cancerous diseases
Endocrine diseases (gout, diabetes)
Autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis)
Acute and chronic infectious disorders
Blood coagulation disorders (thrombocytopenia, coagulopathy)
Previous interventions on the knee joint (i.e. puncture, block, arthroscopy)
Hormonal therapy or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) (within 10 days) before the intervention

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain reduction rate in patients. Timepoint: 3 months after injection. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale (VAS).;The rate of reduction of acute pain in patients. Timepoint: Immediately after injection and then once a month for up to 6 months. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale (VAS).;The rate of reduction of chronic pain in patients. Timepoint: 6 months after injection. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale (VAS).;Satisfaction rate of patients regarding the reduction of pain after injection. Timepoint: Immediately after injection and then once a month for up to 6 months. Method of measurement: In the form of scoring from 0 to 10, the closer we get to 10, the more satisfaction is achieved.
