Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The primary goal of this study is to collect dynamic PET parameters (Ki, DV, K1 and Vb) from the primary tumor, lymph node regions, distant metastases, inflammatory tissues and reference organs and to correlate them with clinically indicated follow-up examinations or histopathological analyzes (gold standard”).
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
• Differentiation of inflammatory and tumor-associated tissue changes using suitable dynamic PET parameters,
• Investigation of of PET tracer kinetics in tumorous, inflammatory and healthy tissue and organs,
• Correlation of dynamic parameters with semi-quantitative measurements of static images,
• Assessment of the response of chemotherapy, immunotherapy and modulators, radiotherapy and radio peptide therapies,
• Optimization of the workflow for dynamic wb-PET/CT and shortened dynamic whole body imaging,
• Shortening of the dynamic examination protocol by correlation with the activity from venous blood samples.
