Patients aged 19 years or older with confirmed malignant bile duct obstruction that cannot be surgically resected and require endoscopic biliary drainage
Those receiving anticancer therapy
? Those who cannot obtain consent
? Those whose life expectancy is less than 3 months
? A person with acute cholecystitis
? Those with PTBD at the time of endoscopy
? Those who have previously had non-uncovered metallic bile duct stents inserted
? Bismuth type I patient with malignant hilar biliary obstruction
? Pregnant women
