1.Unilateral vocal fold paralysis patients with 6 months onset is considered to injection laryngoplasty for treatment
2.Willing to give consent
1.Age < 18 years
2.Patients with bleeding tendency or coagulopathy.
3.Patient isn't able to follow up as research protocol.
4.Patients received phonosurgery before.
5.Organic lesions were found, e.g., vocal polyps, vocal tumor, vocal cyst,or glottic cancer.
6.Patients with cricoarytenoid joint fixation or fibrosis at posterior vocal cord.
7.Patients who don't have enough fat for harvestment.
8.Patients who refuse to enroll the study
