Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Correlation of the severity of knee joint synovitis (inflammation of the synovium) at the time of surgery with postoperative clinical outcome by regression analysis.

H0: The severity of synovitis at the time of surgery does not correlate with clinical outcome.

H1: The severity of synovitis at the time of surgery correlates with clinical outcome.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
If, according to H1, there is a correlation of the severity of knee joint synovitis (inflammation of the synovium according to Krenn 0-9) at the time of surgery with the clinical outcome or the radiological outcome, factors predictive of outcome will be identified.

Correlation of the expression of knee joint synovitis (inflammation of the synovium according to Krenn 0-9) at the time of the operations with the initial MRI of the knee joint.

Correlation of the degree of knee joint synovialitis with the individual clinical pictures, e.g. meniscus lesion, anterior cruciate ligament rupture, cartilage damage.
