Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with ICU admission
- •2\.Adult patients (Age \> 18 years)
- •3\.Patients who could communicate with medical and paramedical staff in English / Hindi / Marathi languages
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients/relatives who refused consent for participation in study
- •2\.Patients with diagnosed psychiatric disease
- •3\.Patients on antipsychotic medications
- •4\.Patients with severe dementia
- •5\.Any CNS pathology or interventions
- •6\.Discharge or death within 24 hours of ICU admission
- •7\.Blind patient
- •8\.Deaf patient
