Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients with ICU admission
  • 2\.Adult patients (Age \> 18 years)
  • 3\.Patients who could communicate with medical and paramedical staff in English / Hindi / Marathi languages

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients/relatives who refused consent for participation in study
  • 2\.Patients with diagnosed psychiatric disease
  • 3\.Patients on antipsychotic medications
  • 4\.Patients with severe dementia
  • 5\.Any CNS pathology or interventions
  • 6\.Discharge or death within 24 hours of ICU admission
  • 7\.Blind patient
  • 8\.Deaf patient
