- •Patients aged >18 years with ischemic heart disease who develop ventricular tachycardia.
- •Patients who were admitted to the hospital with ischemic heart disease but did not develop ventricular tachycardia during their hospital stay (1:2 ratio) as controls.

- •Patients who refuse to give consent.
