Inclusion Criteria
Any patient more than 18 years of age presenting to the Emergency Department of JSS Hospital undergoing Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI) for airway or breathing management.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients in cardiorespiratory arrest/crash intubation
Trauma patients
Patients requiring surgical airway at presentation itself
Patients with spine pathology which prohibits positioning
