Inclusion Criteria
Having a maximum of at least 10-8, a third grade primary school.
Child or Parental Satisfaction
Not participating in similar research
Absence of disturbance disturbances (autism and hyperactivity)
None of the child's parents is a member of the health staff
Exclusion Criteria
Not attending one of the training sessions
Dissatisfaction of the individual or parents to continue cooperation
The occurrence of any stressful events during the implementation of the training program
