入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Patients suspected of having cutaneous adverse drug reactions involving
- •delayed hypersensitivity mechanism based on history, time course and
- •clinical pattern.
- •2) Patients aged above 12 years irrespective of gender.
- •3) Patients belonging to ethnic Kashmiri population.
- •4) Those giving willful consent to dermatological examination.
排除标准
- •EXCLUSION CRITERIA
- •1) Patients with active drug eruption.
- •2) Those having CADRs involving immediate hypersensitivity reaction/
- •mechanism, based on history, time course and clinical pattern such as
- •urticaria, angioedema and anaphylaxis
- •3) Non-immunological or pseudo-anaphlactoid reactions
- •4) Use of topical corticosteroids over patch test site and or away from test site
- •within two weeks of patch test
- •5) Those receiving systemic treatment such as corticosteroids, immuno-
- •suppressants and phototherapy.
- •6) Those on antihistamines in preceding two weeks.
- •7) Rash due to viral infections and non-drug allergens.
- •8) Patients with known allergy to patch test materials i.e. adhesive tape
- •(micropore), patch test chambers.
- •9) Those below 12 years of age.
- •10) Pregnant and lactating females.
