1. Diagnosed as autonomic neuropathy
2. Autonomic function test was completed within 12 months
3. Actively follow-up at neuromuscular clinic, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital.
4. Literate in Thai
5. Able to follow study instrution and complete the questionnaires twice
1.Autonomic function test was performed more than 12 months
2.Autonomic function test was not performed completely
3.Unstable autonomic symptoms and signs
4.Non-literate in Thai
5.Pregnant
6.Terminal illness
