Inclusion Criteria

1.Presence of gingival physiologic melanin pigmentation on anterior segment

with scoring of �3(according to hedin and dummet index)

2. Absence of medical condition that could affect the tissue healing &procedure.

3. Periodontal status of the patient should be fair

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients who had malignancy.

2. Patients having hypersensitive reaction against diode laser and Tetrafluroethane

cryogen.

3. Pregnant and lactating women.

4. Patients with cold intolerance or cold urticaria.

5. Patients not willing for participation in the study and further follow up.

6. Patients having smoking habit.
