Inclusion Criteria

Patients diagnosed with mild or moderate COVID-19 based on clinical symtoms of

fever, respiratory and other symptoms, and /or the manifestation of pneumonia as

confirmed by radiographic imaging.

Severe patients who meet the definition of severe pneumonia (Shortness of

breath,RR�30 bpm;In a resting state:SPO2�93%;PaO2/FiO2�300mmHg)

Patients with comorbities of Type 2 Diabetes and/or hypertension

Willing to participate in this study, willing to participate in regular follow-up

during the study.

Exclusion Criteria

Prior experience of yoga

Breastfeeding and pregnant patients were excluded based on their declaration and pregnancy test results when required.

Patients diagnosed with severe or critical COVID-19: respiratory failure, septic shock, and/or multiple organ dysfunction (MOD) or failure (MOF).

Clinical Severity (Oxygenation, Mechanical Ventilation), duration of hospitalization (days), Mortality and safety as compared to the standard of care <br/ ><br>Clinical assessments will include the routine test performed at the hospital for complete blood count, creatinine levels, blood electrolytes (including kaliemia), prothrombin time and international normalized ratio (INR), glucose, total bilirubin, ALT, and ASTTimepoint: Time frame of 15 days followed by follow up of 1 month
