Patients willing to give written informed consent.
All patients presented with upper abdominal malignancy either sex having age between 40 and 75 years
Patients of upper abdominal malignancy having pain which was not relieved by nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory drug (NSAID) or strong opioids like morphine (according to WHO ladderIII)
Patients of upper abdominal malignancy developing complications on low dosages ofmorphine
Patients not willing to participate in the study
Patient on anticoagulantiontherapy with deranged coagulation profile
local or intra-abdominalinfection,
sepsis and hugeascites,patients with bowel obstruction,
•with physical opioid dependence and drug seeking behavior.
