Inclusion Criteria
patients without diabetic neuropathy scheduled for upper extremitu surgery
patients with diabetic neuropathy scheduled for AV fistula formation and/or repair.
Exclusion Criteria
conraindication to regional anesthesia
allergy to amide loal anesthetics
neurological deficits in the operated extremity
pregnanacy
inabilty tounderstand study
