Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of both sexes;age between 40 and 75 years; patients with COPD stages 2,3 and 4 according to the panel GOLD criteria, which are exacerbation\-free for at least two months, in regular use of prescription drugs; sinus rhythm; the evaluated patients should be able to perform spirometry and cardiopulmonary exercise testing; fall of CI\> 150 mL from baseline at the end of incremental exercise testing.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Recent Myocardial Infarction (less than 6 months), unstable angina, complex ventricular arrhythmia with hemodynamic instability; continuous oxygen therapy need or SaO2 \<90% at rest; Atrial Fibrillation chronic; inability to ambulation by neuromuscular, orthopedic or psychological limitation.
