? Patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia who require medication
? Patients who agree with the purpose of this study
? Atrial fibrillation associated with structural heart disease, which is affected by severe cardiac malformation or hemodynamic factors
? severe renal dysfunction
? Patients with a history of atrial fibrillation high frequency electrode catheter resection or labyrinth surgery
? Patients with significant mitral valve stenosis (moderate or higher)
? a patient diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
? a serious co-morbid condition of manifestation
? a patient expected to have a survival period of less than one year
? Patients deemed unfit to participate in clinical trials by other researchers' judgment

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Analysis of patients included in the RCT using normal sinus rhythm maintenance, Intention to treat analysis
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method -Adjust blood pressure (average self-blood pressure monitoring figures, average 24-hour active blood pressure monitoring figures) - LDL cholesterol control (compared LDL-C assessment with baseline LDL-C at 6 and 12 months follow-up) - Assessment of cerebral infarction incidence, hospitalization rate, cardiovascular incidence rate, mortality rate, and quality of life (SF-36);- Hypotension (drug-induced orthostatic hypotension-related symptoms) - Target organ damage (serum creatinine change, liver level, serum electrolyte change, renal function change, left ventricular hypertrophy, etc.) occurs - During the study period, 95% confidence intervals will be presented for all abnormalities collected during the survey period and important potential risk (rhabdomyolysis, severe hypotension, edema, fetal toxicity, liver enzymes and dysfunction) in the safety assessment group, and a table of the expression status of each type of abnormal case will be prepared
