Inclusion Criteria

Children scheduled to undergo central venous catheterization through the right internal jugular vein will be included.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with chest deformity, dextrocardia, coagulopathy, infection at local site and pre-existing arrhythmias and central vein catheterization other than right internal jugular vein will be excluded from the study.
