Inclusion Criteria

1.Patient who are willing for surgery

2.Age group more than 40 years and less than 80 years

3.Patients who has oxford knee score of less than 30

4.Patients with grade 3 & 4 osteoarthritis as per Kellgren Lawrence Osteoarthritis Classification

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient unwilling to give consent

2.Revision arthroplasty

3.Routine contraindications to TKA (active sepsis, Charcot arthropathy)

4.Metal hypersensitivity

5.Patients whose mental function (neurological and psychological disorders) preclude them from responding to our standard questionnaires
