- Patients scheduled for toncilectomia need postoperative paintreatment. Morphine has sideeffects: Nausea, vomiting, sedation and dizziness. These sideeffects are og couse unpleasent for the patient and sometimes prolongs there stay in the hospital.

- has allergy for the drugs used in the trial
- drug or alkohol abuse

- medicaly treated diabetes

- in antidepressiv treatment
