- •Diagnosis of septic shock
- •Vasopressor requirement (noradrenaline > 0.3 µg/kg/min), if necessary plus vasopressin
- •Lactate serum concentration ( > 2 mmol/l)
- •Procalcitonin (PCT) > 3 µg/l
- •CytoScore after 6 hours > 6 points
