Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Degenerative osteoarthritis knee pain lasting over 3 months even treatment with non\-steroid inflammatory drugs.
- •Age between 50\-90 years.
- •Kellgren\-Lawrence grade II\-III
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patient with a psychiatric disorder accompanied by cognitive deficits.
- •\- Patient with rheumatoid arthritis.
- •\- Patient suspected of systemic infection.
- •\- Patient suspected of having inflammatory arthritis at the injection site.
- •\- Patient with side effects of hyalruronate formulation and local anesthetics .
- •\- Patient who do not want to participate study.
- •\- Patient who do not understand the study so unable to give voluntary consent.
