Degenerative osteoarthritis knee pain lasting over 3 months even treatment with non-steroid inflammatory drugs.
Age between 50-90 years.
Kellgren-Lawrence grade II-III
- Patient with a psychiatric disorder accompanied by cognitive deficits.
- Patient with rheumatoid arthritis.
- Patient suspected of systemic infection.
- Patient suspected of having inflammatory arthritis at the injection site.
- Patient with side effects of hyalruronate formulation and local anesthetics .
- Patient who do not want to participate study.
- Patient who do not understand the study so unable to give voluntary consent.
