To asses and compare the neuromuscular blockade and recovery characteristics of cisatracurium versus atracurium in adult patients undergoing various elective surgeries under general anaesthesia with respect to:
Primary objectives
1. Duration of neuromuscular blockade
Secondary objectives
1. Onset time of neuromuscular blockade
2. Hemodynamic changes
3. Recovery profile ( Mean 25% recovery, Mean time of recovery )
4. Complications/ Adverse effects if any

Inclusion Criteria
- Patients with ASA physical status I and II 2) Aged between 18 and 60 years 3) Patients with easy intubation (Mallampati grade I and II).
Exclusion Criteria
- ASA physical status III and above 2) Age < 18 years or > 60 years 3) Predicted difficult intubation ( pregnant and obese patients ).
