Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients suffering from Stage II Grade B periodontitis .
  • •Patients with not more than 4 periodontal pocket of probing depth ranging 5\-7 mm.
  • •Patients who have not undergone any periodontal therapy 6 months before the initial examination.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients who are medically compromised such as diabetic,
  • •immunocompromised or bleeding disorder.
  • •2\. Patients with smoking habit.
  • •3\. Pregnant or lactating women.
  • •4\. Patients who had received any chemotherapeutic mouth rinse or oral irrigation during past 6 months.
