1.continue Para-rubber taper
2.pain in knee with 3/5 symptoms
2.1 age over 50 year
2.2 less than 30 minutes morning stiffness
2.3 crepitus
3.knee x-ray Kellgren-Lawrence radiographic grading scale 0-1
4.no surgery. no steroid injection plan
5.no severe injury or history of surgery of knee
6.Thai nationality
7.Enable to communicate in Thai
1.underlying disease of rheumatology such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis
2.history of uncontrolled cardiopulmonary disease such as uncontrolled hypertension, angina
