? Should have end stage renal disease (diagnosed by the physician and the stage of the disease according to the international association for nephrology) for more than 6 months and dialysis for atleast 3 months (the impact of exercise training can be easily assessed)
? Should have been between the ages of 30 ? 60 years of age/ both genders.
?Those with acute nephritic syndrome and hematuria.
?Those with profound anemia and continuous blood transfusion
?Undergone a renal transplantation.
?Received cytotoxic drugs ? amilidiriones, azanthioprine/ aspirin (antiplatelets)
? Coagulation disorders
?Recent valvular transplantations and with recent unstable cardiac failures
?Recent urinary tract infections, Renal and bladder carcinomas
?Absolute contraindications for resistance exercise training.
