Students must live in the dormitory
Students should be willing to participate in the study
Students must be single
Students must be between 18-40 years old
Students should have a normal BMI (18/5-24/9)
Students must have regular menstruation (cycle duration 24-38 days)
Students' menstrual cycle should be 4-8 days
Premenstrual syndrome should be confirmed through a questionnaire derived from DSM V and a daily symptom record form for two consecutive months
Students should not use tobacco, alcohol and addictive substances
Students should not suffer from physical diseases such as diabetes, anemia, hypothyroidism, malnutrition, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia
Students do not have a known mental illness
Students should not use anti-depressant drugs, hormones, vitamins, herbal drugs, aspirin and warfarin, drugs related to thyroid disorders, drugs related to prolactin disorders in the last three months
Surgery has not been done in the last six months
Unfortunate incidents such as the death of relatives have not occurred in the last six months
