It is a randomised control study comparing the efficacy of ozone therapy and dry needling in the management of myofascial pain syndrome. Patients would be included from those attending AIIMS PATNA OPD.

Assessment of pain using Visual analogue scale VASFollow up will be done at baseline, 2 weeks and 4 weeks using VAS
