Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)weight upto 20kg
- •2\)American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status I\-II.
- •3\)Children undergoing minor surgical procedures like herniotomy,orchidopexy.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Parents refusal
- •2\)Anticipated difficult airway
- •3\)History of recent upper airway infection(within 2 weeks)
- •3\)History of bronchial asthma
- •4\)severe gastrointestinal reflex disease
- •5\)Neuromuscular diseases
