Inclusion Criteria
1)weight upto 20kg
2)American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status I-II.
3)Children undergoing minor surgical procedures like herniotomy,orchidopexy.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Parents refusal
2)Anticipated difficult airway
3)History of recent upper airway infection(within 2 weeks)
3)History of bronchial asthma
4)severe gastrointestinal reflex disease
5)Neuromuscular diseases

Name Time Method Incidence of oxygen desaturation in each groupTimepoint: The Oxygen Saturation is noted from the time of shifting to operation theatre, after pre oxygenation and till the end of the surgery. The time points when there is change in saturation are noted.

Hemodynamic variables (BP, Heart Rate)Timepoint: From the time of shifting to operation theatre <br/ ><br>After pre oxygenation & till the end of the surgery <br/ ><br>The time points when there is change in saturation or EtCO2 or Blood pressure & heart rate are noted
