Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.All emergency midline laparotomy with CDC class IV wounds
- •2\.Age 18\-75 years
- •3\.Ready to give consent for participation in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Immunocompromised patients
- •2\.ICU patient requiring ventilator support
- •3\.Non Hollow viscous perforation peritonitis.
