- •1.Pathologically proven squamous cell carcinoma of glottis.
- •2.TisN0M0 OR T1NOMO OR T2N0M0 as 8th edition of American joint Committee on Cancer Manual
排除标准
- •1. Pre existing conditions of vocal cord/larynx
- •2.Previously received radiotherapy to neck.
- •3.Previously undergone laryngeal surgery with without laser.
- •4.Patients with chest conditions or neurological conditions which can potentially affect the pulmonary reserve or volume flow.
- •4.Patients who fail to follow up till mandatory 3 rd month follow up
