Inclusion Criteria
This study will be performed on 60 adults of either sex in the range of 25 to 60 yrs of age with weight more than 35kg undergoing cardiac surgery with use of cardiopulmonary bypass using Ultrafiltration
Exclusion Criteria
This study will not be performed in the following subjects. 1.Redo surgeries.
2.All emergency cases.
3.Cardiac or pulmonary support on ECMO
4.Patients with very low preoperative haematocrit (Hct <25%)
5.Patients with low left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF < 30%).
