Inclusion Criteria
Transmen with age at least 18 years old who received testosterone hormonal therapy with symmetrical characteristic of hypertrophic scars (HTS) or keloids from mastectomy surgery
Exclusion Criteria
History of previous topical, injections or laser treatment within 3 months, cutaneous infection or uncontrolled acne vulgaris at the target area, immunocompromise status, history of skin cancer, pregnancy or lactation
