入选标准
- •Children in the age group of 6 to 11 years with fully erupted first permanent molars with intact deep and retentive fissures, carious free and untreated.
- •The occlusal surfaces of first permanent molars should be fully visible and free of mucosal tissue.
- •Students who are willing to participate and will give informed consent.
排除标准
- •Children with poor systemic health and those are under medication, with hypo-plastic permanent first molars and developmental anomalies.
- •Non co-operative and mentally challenged.
- •Children undergoing fluoride application regimen.
